Construction work leaves behind a lot of dust and debris. My post-construction cleaning service covers a thorough top-to-bottom clean of the space, removing residue and getting things ready for use.
Clogged gutters cause water to back up against your fascia and foundation. I remove leaves, debris, and blockages to keep things draining properly.

Do you clean upper-story windows?
Generally I clean first-floor windows and second-story windows reachable by pole or short ladder. I may make exceptions depending on the situation. Contact me to discuss your specific setup.
How much does window cleaning cost?
Pricing depends on the type of windows, number of panes, level of buildup, condition of tracks and screens, and accessibility. All prices include frames, tracks, and screens (no add-on fees for a complete job). Most residential jobs fall between $50 and $300. I'll give you a firm number before any work begins.
How much do other cleaning services cost?
It depends on the type of service, scope, and condition of the space. I'll give you a firm estimate before starting.
Do you offer any discounts?
I offer a bundle discount if you do both interior and exterior at the same time. The exact amount of the discount will show on your estimate. I may also occasionally offer other discounts.
Do you clean just the exterior, or interior only?
Yes to either. When I provide an estimate I'll give you three options: exterior only, interior only, or both. You pick. That said, bundling both gives you a better per-window price.
Do you provide a "glass only" price?
In most cases I clean the full window: glass, frames, tracks, and screens. Doing less often means the dirt just migrates back onto the glass. That said, I can make exceptions if you want to talk it through.
Do you remove hard water stains or paint from windows?
Restoration work like hard water spot or paint removal isn't included in standard estimates since it takes more time and sometimes additional chemicals. Let me know if this is something you need and we can discuss it separately.
Are you licensed?
Yes. I'm licensed in both Oregon and Washington in the areas where I work.
Do I need to be home?
Only for interior work. Exterior-only jobs don't require you to be there as long as any pets are secured. Just let me know how to access the area.
