What should I include when requesting an estimate?
Fill out as much of the form as you can. It helps to know your address, approximate number of window panes, and number of floors. In the details field, mention anything that gives a sense of the job: when windows were last cleaned, whether access is tricky, the condition of screens and tracks, and whether you want interior, exterior, or both. Rough estimates are fine — I just need a general picture.
Can you give an estimate over the phone, text, or email?
I can often give a rough ballpark that way, but a final firm estimate requires an in-person visit.
Can the estimate and cleaning happen on the same day?
Often yes, if you're ready to move forward and my schedule allows. Or we can set the cleaning for a separate day if that works better.
Do I need to be there for the estimate?
It helps to be present, especially for a first visit. We can find a time that works for your schedule.
